Meet our leadership team

Trey Davis, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Partner

Trey co-founded Western Healthcare in 2008 following a highly successful career in the healthcare staffing industry, which began in 1995. He serves as CEO, driving the dynamic growth and development the organization has experienced, and continues to guide the strategic planning necessary to ensure Western Healthcare remains an industry-leading firm in the healthcare staffing space. Trey earned his BAAS degree from Stephen F. Austin University and outside of the office these days, he enjoys spending time with his kids, riding his motorcycle and hunting.  

Scott Webb, Chief Operations Officer & Executive Partner

Scott joined Western Healthcare in 2009 after beginning his career in the healthcare staffing industry in 1993. As COO, his oversight includes internal database development and enhancement, implementation of provider and client contracts, and assessment of the overall performance of the organization. Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University, where he was a four-year letterman in football. Away from work, he loves being with his wife and kids, as well as dabbling in the sports collectibles hobby.

John Burger, Chief Financial Officer

John came to Western Healthcare in 2009, bringing with him 10 years of financial leadership. He leads the finance, payroll, and accounting departments while maintaining relationships with Western Healthcare’s financial partners and outside CPA firm. He provides a level of expertise and poise necessary to navigate the complicated financial nature of healthcare staffing. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and his MBA from the University of Dallas.

Andrea Jones, Senior Vice President

Western Healthcare was fortunate to add Andrea to the organization in 2012. While involved in almost every facet of the company’s operation, she most notably leads the account management team, ensuring the development of strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients and providers. She is also instrumental in the creation of systems and procedures necessary for Western Healthcare to provide the most efficient and effective service possible. She began her career in healthcare staffing in 2007, after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Kansas. Andrea loves traveling with her husband and two daughters. She has visited 43 countries.
