Year In Review: 2021 Highlights & 2022 Plans

Temporary or Long-Term Staffing: We Can Do It All

In 2021, our Contract Management team grew substantially. Our Disaster Response efforts also grew due to the increased COVID-19 relief needed in Texas. Our staff has placed nearly 200 new physicians and advanced practitioners during the pandemic, and often within a 48-hour window of a facility requesting our assistance.

We’re pleased to share this success with you and insight into our vast capabilities. Whether it is temporary or long-term staffing for your facility, we can do it all. As you are looking at 2022, we would love the opportunity to assist you with your staffing needs. We believe that recruiting quality physicians and strategically placing them in communities they value and are a good match for is what makes us different.

New Year, New Office, and New Faces

Western Healthcare is excited to ring in the new year with a new office! Our team completed the relocation three weeks ago, and is settling in nicely. The new space features two kitchens, a larger break room, twice the offices and conference rooms, and a spectacular view of North Dallas. If necessary, please update your records with our new address: 13155 Noel Road Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75240

We’re also pleased to announce some new team members have moved into the office with us! As part of our commitment to meeting our clients’ and providers’ needs, we expanded our internal staff by 40%. We expect to grow our team even further in 2022!

Maximizing Placements With Digital Transformation

Last May, we celebrated the launch of our new website featuring a mobile-optimized job board that allows providers to easily find jobs from anywhere. This is just one of many tech advancements on the horizon.

In the age of technology, we realize staffing is evolving from daily human touch to a more technological-driven environment to improve speed and efficiency for clients and providers. Western Healthcare is committed to joining this digital transformation. In addition to growing and training our staff, Western has made a large investment in technology to attract top provider talent through non-traditional recruitment avenues. This allows for notifications regarding open jobs and new services through mobile-friendly interaction (text, email, applying from your phone, etc.). Of course we believe in a personal phone call and a good ol’ handshake, but plan to utilize these digital channels to maximize placements.
